Question 1

Which roadside services can I search or request?

Accepted Answer

Z&K Roadside assistance.com’s directory and request form cover towing, jump starts, flat tires, lockouts, fuel delivery, and winch or recovery service.

Question 2

How can I search the provider directory?

Accepted Answer

Search by a U.S. ZIP code, a city and state, or a state, then narrow the results by roadside service. Directory results appear only for active operators with confirmed contact details, approved profiles, and recorded verified coverage for the location searched.

Question 3

Does a directory listing guarantee the provider is available?

Accepted Answer

No. A listing may show the operator’s posted availability, but that does not guarantee they can take a request at a particular time. Use the listing’s Call or Email action to confirm current availability and terms.

Question 4

What can I do if no provider is listed for my location?

Accepted Answer

Try another location search or submit a roadside request through Z&K Roadside assistance.com. The request flow does not promise that an operator will be available for every location or request.

Question 5

What information do I need to send a roadside request?

Accepted Answer

Choose the service and provide your pickup address, vehicle year, make and model, name, and U.S. callback number. A tow request also needs a destination address. You can add a landmark or vehicle color if it helps describe the request.

Question 6

Do I need an account to search or submit a request?

Accepted Answer

No account is required to search the public directory or submit a roadside request with Z&K Roadside assistance.com. Starting a referral checkout for an independent outside provider does require signing in.

Question 7

How do I check my request status?

Accepted Answer

After you submit a request, Z&K Roadside assistance.com opens a private status link for it. Keep that link somewhere safe and use it to check saved updates. Full request details and confirmed operator contact are shown only after payment for an approved service is confirmed.

Question 8

How is a tow request quote from Z&K Roadside assistance.com calculated?

Accepted Answer

If an assigned operator approves the tow and confirms route miles, the quote shows the operator service amount based on those miles and the operator’s listed per-mile rate, subject to the listed minimum charge. It also itemizes a Z&K Roadside assistance.com fee equal to 15% of the service amount. The quote is specific to the request; Z&K Roadside assistance.com does not show one blanket tow price.

Question 9

When do I pay for an approved tow request?

Accepted Answer

Checkout becomes available after operator approval and the approved quote is saved. Review the itemized service amount, Z&K Roadside assistance.com fee, and total through your private status link before choosing secure checkout. Payment is collected only after approval.

Question 10

What happens after payment is confirmed?

Accepted Answer

After payment is verified, the assigned operator can post service progress in this order: Dispatched, Arrived, then Completed. You can view the saved status through your private request link.

Question 11

How does checkout for an independent provider work?

Accepted Answer

For a supported independent listing, you enter the provider’s quoted service amount. Checkout with Z&K Roadside assistance.com collects a separate referral fee equal to 15% of that amount, with a $0.50 minimum fee; the provider’s service amount is paid separately to that provider. Independent outside providers are not verified by or affiliated with Z&K Roadside assistance.com, and their availability is not confirmed.
